Hotel linen is where your guests form their opinions. When a delivery arrives short, or a set of sheets comes back tired and grey at the edges, your housekeeping team absorbs the problem and your guests notice it in the room. We’ve been laundering commercial linen for over 20 years, and hotels make up a significant proportion of our customer base. We work with accommodations of every size across the South East, from several hundred beds down to guest houses and B&Bs, and a ten room boutique hotel gets the same attention as a large development.
Because we’re so flexible, we offer a wider range of services than many suppliers. You can hire your linen from us, have us launder stock you already own, let us source bespoke linen for you, and add in your restaurant linen and chefs’ wear alongside your main linen.
Hotel linen hire from our pool stock
If you’d rather not tie up capital in linen stock, you can hire from one of our three ranges of high quality standard linen. When you send an item to us, we replace it with a clean equivalent on your next delivery, though not necessarily the same item you sent. Sharing stock across our clients keeps our costs down, which keeps your price down, and it means extra linen is available quickly when you have a full house, a sudden group booking, or a succession of quick turnover bookings.
Dedicated linen stock for your hotel
With dedicated stock, we hold linen exclusively for you and no other client. You choose the colour, fabric and thread count, we launder it to your standards, and the same items come back to you on the next delivery. This means that you maintain control over the specific items that dress your beds.
Laundering your own hotel linen
If you’ve already invested in linen, or it carries your branding, our wash only service covers the laundering without changing what’s on your beds. We collect to an agreed schedule, then wash, dry, iron and fold everything to a consistently high finish before it comes back to you. You keep control of the linen itself and hand over the work of looking after it, knowing that we go the extra mile for quality of service.
Sourcing linen for your hotel
If your rooms have distinctive branding, themes, or sit beyond standard specifications, we can also source and launder linen on your behalf. This might mean branded pieces, unusual colours, or particular features.
