Who we work with
At Berkeley Laundry, we provide professional linen hire and laundry services to a wide variety of hotels, hospitality, leisure and healthcare establishments across London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey and the South East. Hotels
Hotels make up a significant proportion of our customer base and our experience tells us that pristine bed linen and towels is extremely important to your guests. We work with hotels of any size from several hundred beds to smaller guest houses and B&Bs. We know and understand the hotel business, the challenges you face and the standards you require. Our job is to make the maintenance of your linen stocks as stress-free as possible. You can either hire your linen from us or we can launder your own linen for you.
Universities and educational establishments
If you regularly rent out student accommodation between semesters to external clients or groups, then we can keep you supplied with fresh, clean linen for the duration. Staying in university accommodation during the summer months is an appealing and cost-effective option for many visitors, tourists and those attending conferences and events. However, they will expect hotel quality linen to be provided. Care homes and residential healthcare settings
It’s become increasingly important to make sure that healthcare settings provide the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitisation and we’re proud to be experts in healthcare laundry. We’re fully compliant with all current CFPP 10-04 legislation, meaning that all our linen is thermally disinfected by being washed at 64 Degrees for 10 minutes or 72 Degrees for 3 minutes. Therefore, you can be assured that your linen will be laundered to exacting standards.
The leisure industry
Whether you’re a holiday resort, a golf club or a gym, having immaculate, clean linen and towels is very important for your customers’ satisfaction levels. We’re happy to provide linen and launder or just launder your own.
Your dedicated account manager
Your account manager provides the day-to-day communication between us and our clients and will be your first point of contact for any queries or concerns. Our account managers have an intimate knowledge of the hospitality business and understand fully the challenges you face. It's their mission to make sure that your laundry and linen requirements are never a cause for your concern.
On time deliveries
We appreciate that keeping sufficient linen supplies on your premises is of paramount importance, so we’ll work with you to create a delivery schedule that meets your needs and that we are confident we can deliver. Our clean, tidy and disinfected laundry specific delivery vans can service establishments in South London, Kent, Sussex and Surrey, including daily services to Gatwick and Heathrow.
